4,264 installs in three weeks, and 3,858 uninstalls

As of 3 September 2026. The source is the Google Play Console bulk reports, file
installs_com.digitalemanufaktur.chatstudio_<month>_country.csv, column
"Daily User Installs". The August report ends on the 21st; it does not reach further yet.

Five months in a row

That is 11,272 installs across 146 countries, with no advertising budget and nobody paid
for it. After three weeks August already sits 38 per cent above the complete July.

Where the people are

In August: Indonesia 819 (19%), Brazil 607 (14%), Russia 319 (7%), the Philippines 228
(5%). Germany does not appear on that list. An app that turns chat threads into video is
looked for where short video is the main form, and that is not here.

Which is why since 1 September the store images exist in 15 languages, Arabic and Filipino
newly among them, with the text inside them written in actual chat language rather than
translated from German: Egyptian-flavoured colloquial Arabic, Taglish instead of pure
Tagalog.

The number that gets quoted less often

3,858 uninstalls in August against 4,264 installs. On 21 August there were 1,761 devices
with the app installed; at the end of July it was 1,067. So the base is growing, but of
nine people who fetch the app, roughly two keep it.

That is the real job for the next versions, and it matters more than any further install
count.

For comparison: the item of 14 August gave 2,249 for July. This one counts throughout
from a single source, the bulk report, and arrives at 3,085 for the same month. Both are
Play numbers; they simply do not count the same thing. From now on the source is always
named.
