Digitale Manufaktur

Note

Where the downloads come from

As of 14 August 2026. July is the last month for which the Google Play figures are complete.

Installs in July

  • Fake Chat Video: 2,249
  • Anpfiff1: 419
  • Flashlight Pure: 209
  • QR Scanner Pure: 3

What stands out

Fake Chat Video: 447 in April, 1,672 in May, 2,177 in June, 2,249 in July. That is a fivefold rise in four months, with no advertising budget and nobody paid for it. The app grows on its own because people search for exactly this thing.

Anpfiff1 sits lower but has a second route: on Steam, May showed 20,941 free licences against 1,188 players who really launched the game. The gap between those two numbers is the most honest figure a free title produces.

QR Scanner Pure at 3 installs is not a blip, it is the rule. Without advertising and without a link from somewhere, nobody finds an app in a crowded category.

What these numbers do not say

They say nothing about how many still use the app a week later. The uninstall rate for Fake Chat Video is high, and that is where the work continues.

Note: all figures come from the Google Play Console and from Steamworks. There is no measurement inside the apps, because none of the Pure apps track.
