Whistle1
Update
2.2.3 and 2.2.4: Serbia, filing cabinet and squad council
24 October 2026: Version 2.2.4 of Whistle1 is on Google Play, Steam and itch.io. 2.2.3 came out three days earlier. Here are both together.
2.2.4: squad council and lineup comparison
- You pick one key player each for defence, midfield and attack. A key player gives teammates a strength bonus, up to +2 in total with three key players of strength 7, even from the bench. The calendar event “Players' council” doubles the bonus for one match, twice per season.
- Tapping the strength fields opens the comparison with your opponent: a radar and bars per line, both elevens on the pitch and player against player. It shows the eleven the opposing coach really picks at kick-off.
- The captain bonus now counts towards team strength; before, it had no effect. The ad after the press conference no longer gets stuck.
2.2.3: Serbia, filing cabinet, player portraits
- Serbia is the 16th country: three leagues of 16 clubs each, and the first league splits into two groups of eight after 30 matchdays.
- The statistics are a filing cabinet: every category a drawer, every view a hanging folder. New are the team strengths of the league and the team of the year on the chalkboard.
- The career has a new screen with a manager ID and a trophy cabinet, and players have pixel faces in their club's kit.
- Next to the game font Retro there is the calm font Clean, the post-match interview can be switched off, and the editor can swap a club of the lowest league for an amateur club.
The changelog lists everything in detail.
