Whistle1 World Tournament is out: free on Google Play
21 October 2026: Whistle1 World Tournament, the tournament edition of Whistle1, is out on Google Play, for Android phones and tablets in landscape.
What is in it
- 169 playable nations: the 48 finalists and 121 more from qualifying.
- Qualifying follows the format of all six continental confederations, playoffs included. If you prefer, you start straight in the finals.
- 48 nations in 12 groups, drawn from pots, then the knockout stage from the round of 32 to the final.
- Before the tournament: squad selection, friendlies, scouting trips and a training camp. During it: half-time team talks, press conferences and studio rounds.
What it costs
Qualifying and the finals are free, with no ads and no subscription. The Pro version is a one-time purchase and unlocks the database editor, your own player, more training points, a bigger scouting network and cloud saves. The game plays offline; only the leaderboard and cloud saves need internet.
Eleven languages are built in, 37 more can be added as a small download. More on the tournament page, material for editors in the press kit.
