1. Principle

QR & Barcode Scanner Pur collects, stores or transmits no personal data to us or third parties. Scanning works fully offline. The app requires no registration, no user account and no email address.

2. No data collection

The app does not collect or transmit any of the following:

• No personal data (name, email, phone number)
• No location data
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No usage statistics or analytics data
• No crash reports to external servers

3. No tracking SDKs

The app contains no tracking, analytics or advertising libraries. In particular none of:

• Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics
• Facebook SDK
• Advertising SDKs or ad networks
• Crash-reporting tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)

4. Camera permission

The app requires a single sensitive permission:

• CAMERA — used solely to scan QR codes and barcodes. The camera image is analysed in real time directly on the device. No photos or videos are stored and no camera data is transmitted to any server.

Additional technical permission:

• INTERNET — solely for Google Play Billing (in-app purchase of the Pro version). No internet connection is needed for scanning itself.

5. Local data storage

Scanned content (the scan history) and app settings are stored exclusively locally on your device — in a local database and in the app settings. This data is not synchronised, not transmitted to any server and not backed up externally. You can delete the scan history within the app at any time; uninstalling the app removes all local data.

6. Opened content

When a scanned code contains a link, a Wi-Fi configuration or a contact, you can choose to open or apply it. The relevant system app or your browser is used for this. The handling of data in those external apps is subject to their own privacy policies.

7. Google Play Billing

To purchase the Pro version, the app uses Google Play Billing. This transaction is handled entirely by Google. We only receive:

• An anonymous purchase receipt (purchase token)
• No personal payment data
• No names or email addresses

8. Children

The app is suitable for all age groups and collects no data from children or adults.

9. Changes

If this privacy policy changes, the date above will be updated. As the app collects no data, substantial changes are not expected.
